Heather-Lynn Aquino

is a filmmaker and motion designer that isn't afraid about getting personal with her work. Her work recounts emotional moments in life. She uses design and illustration to solve problems while combining storytelling to make it feel vulnerable, relatable, and human. 
   
She is the co-organizer of Ladies In Mograph with Rachel Yonda, a casual monthly meet up for womxn, non-binary and trans folks working in motion graphics, as well as all related fields. She is passionate about creating womxn leaders in the motion design industry.  For fun, you will find her drawing while listening to sad melodic tunes of her favorite HS band, Rilo Kiley as her dog Leia stares at her in the same kind of sadness in Long Beach, California.
